Submit one combined PDF file containing this form, your statement and work samples to Ivis Garcia Zambrana at zambrana@arch.utah.edu on March 15, 2016 by 5 p.m. Selections will be announced on or prior to March 25th. There will be a series of teambuilding exercises and preparatory research in April and May.
